What you buy, what you may do with it, and exactly which percentage goes where. In plain words, before you pay.
TH6 keeps 10% of the master recording — the producer's share, agreed before you release instead of argued about after. On an exclusive that share is not fixed: that is a different arrangement and gets its own conversation.
The beat is the music half of the song, so the writing splits half and half: TH6 as composer, you for the lyrics and the topline. Nothing on top of that — no separate publisher's share that quietly turns it into 75/25.
Most beat shops sell four or five licences that differ only in a number: 10.000 streams, then 100.000, then unlimited. Nobody checks those counters, and they punish exactly the artist whose track takes off — the day it works, you owe an upgrade.
Here the licences differ in what you get: a tagged MP3, a clean WAV, or the track-outs. What you may do with it is the same in all three, and it does not run out.
The beat comes off the shop and nobody can buy it after you. That is what you pay for, and it is the honest version of the word.
What it is not: it does not delete the licences that were already sold. Those keep running, and no shop can undo that. So before an exclusive sale you get the count in writing — how many non-exclusive licences are out there and to whom, as far as that is known. If that number is uncomfortable, you should know it before you pay, not after.
You get an exclusive licence, not a transfer of copyright. That keeps it cheaper for you and keeps the composer's registration with TH6. The master share is not fixed at 10% on an exclusive — that is agreed per deal, before anything is delivered. Do you want everything, publishing included? That is a separate buy-out, with its own price and a real deed — Dutch law requires that in writing.
Drum kits, one-shots and loop kits: pay once, use forever, worldwide, in every medium. No split, no backend, nothing owed when a beat you made with them gets placed.
That needs saying, because in this corner of the market it is common to charge for a loop kit and then still claim half the master when it lands somewhere. That is being paid twice for one thing.
Every sound in a kit or a beat is played, recorded or programmed by TH6 himself, or comes from a source with a licence for commercial use. No uncleared fragments of existing records.
That matters more than it sounds. European law lets the owner of a recording block even a two-second fragment, and the pastiche exception the courts have carved out does not cover a sample simply looped under your drums. A sample from the catalogue on a commercial release goes through sample clearance, with the splits agreed before the release rather than after.
An exclusive licence or a transfer needs a written agreement — a webshop button is not enough on its own, so you get it in writing (art. 2 Copyright Act).
The bestseller provision stays standing whatever any contract says: if what you paid turns out seriously disproportionate to what the work earns, the maker can claim an extra fee (art. 25d Copyright Act). That protects you as a writer just as much as it protects TH6.
Digital downloads carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive at checkout in exchange for getting the files straight away. That waiver has to be explicit — a tick box, not fine print (art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).
A licence you do not understand is worth nothing. Ask before you buy — contact answers licence questions first, ahead of everything else.
Two things beyond the catalogue: a beat written for one artist, and clearing a sample so a release can go out.
TH6 is a Dutch producer working in drill and hoodtrap. Everything for sale here comes out of that work.
Drill and hoodtrap, mostly between 140 and 150 BPM. Sliding 808s that carry as much melody as the lead does, minor keys, and drums placed to leave room for a voice.
The kits and loops on this site are not a pack assembled to be sold. They are the sounds that were already in the sessions.
Everything is produced in FL Studio. Loop kits ship with a key and a tempo instead of a genre label, because that is what you need to know before you drag one in.
Not filled in yet. This is where the credits go once TH6 picks which ones belong here.
Custom work and sample clearing run through services. Anything else goes through contact.
Your cart is empty. Checkout is not connected yet — nothing can be paid for on this site today.
Buying a beat or a kit does not need one. You pay, and the download link is on screen and in your mail. Only the membership will need something here later, because whoever gets loops every week has to be able to reach the archive.
The questions buyers actually ask, answered before you have to write anything.
The shop is not taking payments yet. Everything below about licences, rights and splits is settled and will not change. Anything about orders and downloads describes how it works from the day checkout goes live.
A download link appears on screen straight after payment, and the same link goes to the mail address you paid with. You do not need an account.
Mail contact with the order number and the address you paid with. That is enough to find the order — screenshots are not needed.
MP3 320 kbps and 24-bit WAV. The Stems licence adds the track-outs as separate WAV files. Kits come as one plain zip.
No multi-part .rar archives. Half the support questions in this corner of the internet are people trying to unpack a .z01 file, and that is a problem worth not creating.
Yes. The licence does not expire and nothing has to be renewed. Keep a backup anyway — a download link is not storage.
At checkout you tick two boxes: one to start the download immediately, one to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. That waiver is what lets you have the files right away, and after that the sale is final.
But not unconditionally. If a file is broken, incomplete or not what the page said it was, you keep your rights under Dutch law and it gets fixed or refunded. Shops that write “all sales are final under any circumstances” are writing something that does not hold up here.
Euros, VAT included. Digital products carry 21% Dutch VAT for buyers in the Netherlands; buyers elsewhere in the EU may see their own rate.
Only the files. MP3, WAV, or WAV plus track-outs. What you are allowed to do is identical in all three: unlimited streams, unlimited sales, video, radio, live, sync.
Read the whole thing on licences.
Yes. There is no counter and no upgrade waiting for you the day a track takes off.
Yes, and you get the count before you pay: how many non-exclusive licences are already out there. Those stay valid — no shop can withdraw a licence it already sold, and any shop that claims otherwise is selling you something it cannot deliver.
Yes: prod. TH6 wherever credits appear. It is a condition of the licence, not a trap — it will never be used as a reason to pull your track down.
Yes. TH6 does not register beats or kits in Content ID, so nothing of yours gets claimed by this catalogue.
The other way round: do not register a track in Content ID while a TH6 kit is recognisable in it, because that would claim other people's uploads made with the same sounds.
On the master TH6 keeps 10% and you keep 90%. On the publishing it is 50/50 as composer. Both are fixed before you release and neither moves with the numbers — you know the split before the track is out, not after.
On an exclusive that master share is not fixed: it is agreed per deal and it can come out higher. Whatever it lands on, it is on paper before anything is delivered.
No. Never. Kits are royalty-free: you pay once and you are done.
This is worth saying plainly, because it is common in this market to sell a loop kit and then still claim half the master when it lands somewhere. That is charging twice for one thing.
Yes. That is what the kits are for.
No. Repackaging the loose samples into your own kit, preset pack or instrument is the one thing that is off limits, along with using them as training data for an AI model.
No. The licence is personal and stays with you, not with the machine. Passing the kit itself on is not allowed.
It does not. Every sound is played, recorded or programmed by TH6, or comes from a source licensed for commercial use. If you want to use a sample from the catalogue on a release, that runs through sample clearance, with the splits agreed before the release.
Then it belongs on this page. Send it through contact and it gets answered and added.
One inbox, read by TH6 himself. Say what you need and it gets a straight answer.
The agreement that applies once you buy something here. In plain language, because terms you cannot read protect nobody.
Last updated 8 September 2026The shop is not taking payments yet. These terms apply from the day checkout goes live. They are here already so you can read them before anything is asked of you.
This shop is run by one person, who makes the beats himself.
Mail is the way to reach me, and it is read by a person. There is no phone queue and no ticket system.
Everything sold on th6gotit.com: beats, loop kits, drum kits, and custom work ordered through the services page. All of it is digital — there is nothing to ship and nothing arrives in the post.
They apply to you as a private buyer. If you are buying for a company, the same text applies, minus the parts that only exist to protect consumers: the cooling-off period in article 8 is one of those.
Every price on the site is the price you pay. VAT is included and there are no fees added at the end.
Prices can change, but never for an order that has already been placed. If a price is obviously wrong — a beat listed at two euro instead of twenty — I may withdraw it, and you get your money back in full. That is the only case in which an order can be undone from my side.
You choose a beat and a licence, you pay, and at that moment there is an agreement. You get a confirmation by e-mail with what you bought, which licence it is, and what you paid.
Keep that mail. It is your proof, and it is what I use to find your order if something goes wrong.
Payment happens in one go, at the moment of purchase. There is no invoicing afterwards and no payment in parts.
Until checkout is connected, the licence picker writes an e-mail for you instead. Nothing is charged and nothing is stored — you are sending a message, not placing an order.
Straight away. A download link appears on screen after payment and the same link goes to the address you paid with. You do not need an account.
If the link does not work, mail me with your order number and I will send the files another way. A broken link is my problem, not yours.
That is set by the licence you chose, and the licences are written out in full on their own page. The short version: you get the right to use the beat, I keep the copyright, and the split is stated up front.
What you may not do, under any licence: resell the files as they are, put them in a beat pack or a sample pack, or hand them on to someone else to use. You bought the right to make something with them, not the right to sell them on.
Buying an exclusive licence does not erase the non-exclusive licences already sold. Those keep running, and no shop can undo that.
Dutch law gives you fourteen days to change your mind about something bought online. Digital files are the exception, and the exception only holds if you agreed to it clearly at checkout. That is written out on its own page, because it is the term people get caught by most often.
If a file is broken, incomplete, or not what the page said it was, that is on me. It gets fixed, replaced, or refunded — your choice between those, within reason.
You keep every right Dutch consumer law gives you. Nothing on this page takes those away, and any line here that tried to would simply not hold up.
What is not a fault: not liking the beat as much as you did in the preview, or a track not doing what you hoped it would do. Every beat can be played in full before you buy, which is the whole reason the player is there.
What you make with a beat, and what happens to it, is yours. If a release gets taken down, a deal falls through, or a platform makes a claim about your track, that is between you and them.
The one thing I do answer for is that the beat is mine to sell. Every sample used is either cleared, royalty-free, or played rather than lifted. If a claim ever lands that traces back to the beat itself, tell me and I will sort it out.
Beyond that, my liability is limited to what you paid for the beat. Not because that number is generous, but because it is the honest size of this shop.
Mail me first. Most things that look like a dispute are a broken link or a misread licence, and those are fixed the same day. I answer within seven days, and if I need longer than that to sort something out, I say so.
Dutch law applies. If we truly cannot work it out, the case belongs before the competent Dutch court. As a consumer you can also ask ConsuWijzer, the Dutch consumer authority's information desk, what your position is — that is free, and it is worth doing before anything else.
Mail me eerst.
Fourteen days to change your mind, and the exception that applies to downloads. This is the term buyers get caught by most often, so it stands on its own page and in full.
Last updated 8 September 2026The shop is not taking payments yet. So nothing has been bought and there is nothing to withdraw from. This page describes how it works from the day checkout goes live.
Anything bought online in the Netherlands comes with fourteen days to change your mind, no reason needed. The clock starts the day the purchase is made.
That is the default, and it exists because you could not hold the thing before you bought it.
Digital files are different. Once a file is downloaded it cannot be handed back, and the law recognises that: for digital content the right of withdrawal falls away — but only if two things happened first.
Both, and both from you. A line buried in the terms is not enough. If those two boxes were never put in front of you, the exception does not apply and you keep the full fourteen days.
Two separate boxes, neither ticked in advance, both required before payment goes through:
The confirmation mail repeats both, so you have it in writing on your side too.
You keep the full fourteen days if the download never started, if those two boxes were not put to you, or if you paid for something that has not been delivered yet.
And separately from all of this: giving up the right of withdrawal is not the same as giving up your rights. If a file is broken, incomplete, or not what the page said it was, article 9 of the terms applies and it gets fixed or refunded. No waiver touches that.
Send a mail saying you are withdrawing. Include your order number and the address you paid with — nothing else is needed, and you do not have to say why.
There is no form to fill in and no template to hunt for. A sentence is enough, and the day it arrives is the day it counts.
Within fourteen days of the withdrawal arriving, by the same route you paid. No fee is taken off.
Something made to your brief is a different case: it is made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else, so once work has started there is no cooling-off period. That is agreed before the work begins, not afterwards, and it is stated in the mail that confirms the job.
Digitale bestanden liggen anders.
What this site learns about you. It is less than you are used to, and that is deliberate — so here it is exactly.
Last updated 8 September 2026No cookies, no visitor statistics, no embedded players. The site loads nothing from another server: no fonts from Google, no YouTube frames, no measurement scripts. What you do here stays between your browser and this site.
Under the GDPR there has to be someone who answers for what happens to your data. Here that is one person:
A shop this size does not need a data protection officer and does not have one. Mail goes straight to the person who runs it.
Two settings, kept by your own browser so the site remembers how you left it:
Neither is a cookie and neither is ever sent anywhere. They sit in your browser's local storage, they say nothing about who you are, and clearing your browser data removes them. That is also why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask permission for.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, theirs writes a line for every request: an IP address, the moment, the page asked for, and what browser asked. That is unavoidable — without an address to send the page back to there is no website.
Those lines are not read, not analysed, and not linked to anything. They exist so a server can be kept running and abuse can be blocked. Legally that is a legitimate interest, and it is the narrowest one there is.
Every form on this site — contact, the services brief, the licence picker — writes an e-mail and opens it in your own mail program. Nothing is sent by the site and nothing is stored on the way. You press send, or you do not.
What arrives, arrives as mail, in a mailbox at Soverin in the Netherlands. It holds whatever you chose to write, and it is kept as long as the conversation is worth keeping.
Selling means an order, and an order means data: your e-mail address, what you bought, what you paid, and when. Payment itself will run through a payment provider — they see the payment details, this site never does, and no card number touches this server.
Tax law then requires those records to be kept for seven years. That is a legal obligation, not a choice, and it is the one case where a deletion request cannot be honoured in full.
Until checkout is connected, none of this happens.
Two companies, both because something has to run somewhere: Vercel, who host the site, and Soverin, who host the mail. A payment provider joins that list when the shop opens.
Vercel is an American company, so requests can be handled outside the EU; their privacy terms cover that transfer. Soverin is Dutch and the mail stays in the Netherlands.
Nobody else. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared with advertisers, and there is no mailing list you end up on by buying something.
You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, object to it being held at all, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. One mail is enough and there is no form.
You get an answer within a month. In practice it is the same week, because there is not much to look through.
If you think something is being handled wrongly, say so first — it is faster and it usually turns out to be a misunderstanding. You also have the right to go straight to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, and complain there. That right does not depend on asking me first.
When the shop starts selling, this page changes with it — the payment provider gets named and the order paragraph stops being a description of the future. The date at the top always says when it was last touched.
Verder niemand.
